Since 1984, Keith Virnoche has provided financial advisory services for Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., where he now holds the title Senior Vice President - Investments. He acts as Portfolio Manager and principal of The Virnoche Group at Merrill Lynch, has been recognized as an “Advisor of the Future,” and has established himself as one of the leading financial advisors at Merrill Lynch.

Keith Virnoche earned his BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1974. In 1976, he received his MBA from the University of Evansville in Indiana. He later attended Golden Gate University in San Francisco, where he earned his MS in Financial Planning. Additional designations held by Keith Virnoche include Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and CFP certification, which was awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc.

In addition to distinguishing himself at Merrill Lynch and founding The Virnoche Group, Keith Virnoche previously served on the finance, quality, and building committees of Mills-Peninsula Health Services in Burlingame, California, which is an affiliate of Sutter Health, a not-for-profit health system based in Sacramento, California.

He was a Board Member from 1995 to 2006 and Board Chair from 2005 to 2006. During his time on the board, the company developed the plans and broke ground on the Mills-Peninsula Medical Center in 2006. The new 241-bed Mills-Peninsula Medical Center opened on Sunday, May 15, 2011. The $630 million, 450,000-square-foot hospital is located in Burlingame at 1501 Trousdale Avenue. Virnoche continues to support the hospital through his involvement in the Mills-Peninsula Hospital Foundation.
