A seasoned business veteran with over two decades of professional experience in sales and marketing, Kevin Wessell has produced a number of publications. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Companies Incorporated and 1-800-COMPANY, business document-filing and asset protection companies. He has written numerous books: Millions in Mobile Homes (2001), Asset Protection Workbook (1997), Lease Option Workbook (1997), Build Your Financial Castle (1995), and Insider's Guide to Asset Protection (2011). Mr. Wessell has also authored numerous articles including many on asset protection from lawsuits, a guide to help businesspeople save money when traveling throughout the United States and abroad, and an article on the benefits of Cook Islands trusts for asset protection. Cook Islands is an independent nation near New Zealand.

He joined Estancia in June 1987 and worked for the organization until 1992 as a Sales and Finance Manager. In 2000, he returned to Companies Incorporated as its CEO. Since that time, his responsibilities have included the creation corporations, LLCs, trusts, and business bank accounts in many different local and international jurisdictions for a wide variety of clientele. He also offers financial seminars on subjects including asset protection from lawsuits, real estate investing, and property development. He teaches strategies to enjoy the benefits of assets while holding them in legal tools that cannot be seized in lawsuits.

Kevin Wessell has been awarded the titles of National Sales Champion and World Sales Champion by previous employers and corporations. He attended Oregon State University for his undergraduate education. He received a Bachelor's degree in Science, with a concentration in business management and psychology, graduating with honors from this school. In his free time, Mr. Wessell's personal hobbies include reading business books, traveling internationally, boxing, and weightlifting.
