Kirk McCormick

Based in Lake Worth, Florida, Kirk McCormick serves as executive pastor of Royal Palm Church, where he has been since 2013. His daily responsibilities include preaching, teaching, visitation, evangelism, outreach, and administrative duties. Since joining the church, he has overseen renovations and expansions to the church and worked to increase the attendance and membership through the introduction of a new Sunday-evening service geared toward families and younger individuals. Previously, Kirk McCormick led a church in Boca Raton. When he came to the Boca Raton church, membership was approximately 240. By the time he left, membership had increased to 420. He also expanded the church’s mission work from working with a single missionary to working with 12 local and international organizations.

In addition to his daily responsibilities with Royal Palm Church, Kirk McCormick has been leading mission trips for all ages for nearly 30 years. Local trips involve assisting with residences in need, churches, and Christian camps, and national trips include building homes and refurbishing churches. Pastor McCormick has led groups to both Mexico, where missionaries volunteered at orphanages, and Namibia, where missionaries volunteered at a school for children who had been orphaned due to the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
