Kyleen Cane

Attorney Kyleen Cane co-founded and remains a Managing Partner of Cane Clark LLP, a Las Vegas-based law firm. Operating since 1997, the firm focuses on business and real estate law. A published author, Ms. Cane complements her successful legal career with writing and teaching. She received tenure as a Professor of Law at the University of Hawaii and spent time teaching at Whittier College Law School and Western State University College of Law, two California institutions, as well.

Kyleen Cane has authored several books, including The Five-Minute Lawyer’s Guide to Divorce and The Five-Minute Lawyer’s Guide to Bad Debts, Credit Problems, and Bankruptcy. Her scholarly legal articles have appeared in publications such as The Journal of Taxation of Investments and Hawaii Real Estate Investor.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Cane is an instrument-rated pilot licensed to fly fixed-wing aircraft as well as helicopters. She owns a Cirrus SR22 Turbo single-engine composite aircraft and volunteers for Angel Flight West, a charitable service providing free air transport to those with medical needs. Kyleen Cane received her JD from the University of Southern California and holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, where she was named a member of the Order of the Coif, a scholastic organization that recognizes excellence in students pursuing a legal education.
