About me

I am a body therapist, educator and community healer with roots in Wallmapu and Cymru. I offer holistic bodywork, massage and personal movement therapy. My approach to treatment is decolonial, anti-racist and intersectional.

I am particularly interested in the decolonisation of wellness and health. My focus is on creating decolonial narratives about health and body knowledge and empowering marginalised communities. To do this, I give workshops, harness the healing power of plants and research the traditional medicine of my ancestors.

My place

The practice is located at Am Dobben 65, 28203 Bremen. It is located in the heart of the Viertel, very central and easy to reach. Treatment appointments are possible from Mondays to Fridays, between 11 am to 7 pm. Please make an appointment in advance:
