Patrick has spent 16 years learning and mentoring lean enterprise transformations within IT. A pioneer in his trade, he has created a framework of lean principles which enables IT to stay relevant in an ever changing landscape. Recently he has been working on frameworks to link smart data (big data) and lean through visual frameworks that allow unprecedented visbility into the organization.

He has created a unique model that blends Lean, agile, IT and Operations with data. Patrick identified early in his career through extensive research that IT requires a unique approach to creating their value proposition and maintaining their relevance as business partners. His lean focus allowed him to identify challenges and exploit the opportunities in the rapidly changing service based business landscape.

Patrick started his career at FedEx where he specialized in lean transformation within Fortune 500 organizations. Knowing his unique skills, Patrick has spent the rest of his career consulting lean enterprise transformations. He has coached hundreds of organizations to realizing the value and the power of their tacit knowledge in delivering greater value. Additionally Patrick has discovered a unique specialty in providing lean methodologies to technology based which have already discovered agile delivery models. When not consulting Patrick serves as an Adjunct Professor at Westminster College teaching Process Management to MBA students where he also earned his MBA of Technology Management.
