The acting Chief Executive Officer and President of Pratch & Company, Leslie Pratch boasts more than two decades of experience as a professional business consultant. In her leadership role at Pratch & Company, Leslie Pratch assists public and privately-held companies, as well as non-profit organizations in evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of executive-level employees. Leslie Pratch’s clients at Pratch & Company include Accretive Solutions, Fire and Life Safety America, McDonald’s Corporation, PNC Equity, State Farm Insurance Companies, and Wynnchurch Partners, to name a few. The creator of an innovative analytic methodology known as Active Coping Assessments, Leslie Pratch also holds a strong understanding of clinical psychology and the discipline’s wide variety of applications. Laying the foundation for her career as a student at Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, Leslie Pratch undertook an internship at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in 1982, relocating to IAEA headquarters in Vienna, Austria. Leslie Pratch received an award from the Director of IAEA for her research regarding the public’s perception of using nuclear power as an energy source. After graduating from Williams College in 1984, Leslie Pratch accepted a consulting role with accounting firm Arthur Andersen LLP, advising the company in areas such as partner development and strategic initiatives. In 1990, Leslie Pratch gained entrance into the Clinical Psychology program at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, earning her Ph.D. in 1995. Moving on to acquire an M.B.A. in Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Leslie Pratch opted to focus primarily on her work as a specialized consultant, establishing Pratch & Company in 1998. Since founding Pratch & Company, Leslie Pratch has devoted a great deal of energy toward promoting and effectively utilizing Active Coping Assessments to benefit the firm’s clientele. Taking full advantage of her multifaceted knowledge base, Leslie Pratch also dedicates a portion of her time to writing articles published in peer-reviewed academic journals, as well as widely read crossover journals.
