A dedicated professional executive with 8+ years of experience in the successful delivery of industry-recognized branding and creative PR & marketing communications solutions for companies in various fields, Liliana’s background includes experience in fast-paced media, tech start-ups, and scientific environments – all of which combines to give her a successful creative edge.
Liliana’s media background has helped refine her strategic alliance and business development skills. Additionally, this experience has expanded her skills as a team manager, collaborating with diverse personalities in a deadline driven environment, strongly establishing employee career development and programming, and leading collaboration within cross-functional teams.
In 2014 she was head of communications for Runa Capital, a $200 mln Russian/European venture capital firm; here she was responsible for interfacing with the start-up fund’s investment development team and portfolio companies worldwide.
Liliana’s scope of experience goes well beyond the IT and cloud computing focus of Runa Capital: she has also utilized her expertise in marketing and PR in the scientific community. She developed marketing and branding strategies for a company involved in the engineering, development, and production of precision instrumentation for research in physics.
In 2014 Business Insider named Liliana one of “The 100 Most Influential Tech Women on Twitter.” She joined TechStars Berlin in 2015 and became a mentor for the accelerator in 2016. In 2017 she became a mentor at SAP.iO b2b/enterprise startup accelerator powered by TechStars in Berlin.
In 2017 Liliana and her team was awarded International public relations association (IPRA) prize for launching a new software b2b brand in Russia (MyOffice).
