Lisa Buie-Collard

I'm a writer, mother, wife, sister, and daughter. I've been a server, dental assistant, teacher, journalist, gardener and architectural admin. assistant. I've traveled Europe, New Zealand, Australia,and the States and I'm fluent in French and English. I grew up in Florida, have lived in Texas and Georgia, and I now live in Ohio. I write full time and have completed seven novels, three have been published. My first published novel, "Evangeline's Miracle" won first place in the mystery genre of the Royal Palm Literary Award competition held by the Florida Writers Association in October 2015. My third, “Rain”, won first place in women’s fiction.
