Sir Francis Bacon said, “Knowledge is power.” Later Neal Stephenson observed, "The world is full of power and energy and a person can go far by just skimming off a tiny bit of it." I’m a librarian. I help people skim off a tiny bit of knowledge so they can go far. Information and technological literacy are my areas of instruction.
