Lyana Rasip

Accenture Management Consulting talent and organization consulting manager Lyana Rasip earned a bachelor of arts in sociology from the University of Sheffield and earned a master of science in social policy and planning from the London School of Economics and Political Science. After completing her master’s studies, Ms. Rasip worked as a research analyst for UNICEF Malaysia, where she composed reports on the welfare of women and children in Sabah and Sarawak, Malaysia. Subsequently, Lyana Rasip earned an internship with Star Publications and wrote articles on environmental issues for Malaysian newspaper The Star Online. Prior to joining Accenture, she served as part of the communications team for consumer media group Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad.

Over the course of her more than five years with Accenture, Ms. Rasip has worked as a consultant to Malaysian telecommunications and airline enterprises, leading teams that have developed and implemented IT training and staff development solutions and integrated new software systems. In her present assignment as a project management office lead to a national telecommunications service provider, she coordinates the activities of teams in different locations to ensure that they carry out an overhaul of the company’s management software on schedule, within budget, and up to performance goals. In 2011, Lyana Rasip won the Accenture Achievement Award for Best Team and received recognition as a finalist for the Accenture Management Consulting People Developer Recognition Award.

Outside of Accenture, Ms. Rasip volunteers with the United Learning Center, teaching English to children who have fled persecution in Myanmar.
