I am a mother of 2, wife and "THE FITUP COACH" Founder and owner.

I grew up in South Africa moving from one town to another as my parents were in the ministry. I enjoyed many hours of dancing and horse riding as extra curricular activities and have always had a love for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.

After the birth of my second child, I hit my heaviest weight and realized I had to make an effort to change my lifestyle. The start of my journey had me joining a gym, taking a good look at the food that I was putting into my body and motivating myself to change. I lost 20Kg's in 6 months and felt like a new person! I knew then that this was what I wanted to do.

I started "THE FITUP COACH" to be a platform to teach, motivate and encourage people of all ages to live a healthy lifestyle. Not by fad diets and quick fix pills but by choosing to eat correctly and making the time to be active in which ever way they enjoyed moving; whether it be in the gym, on the dance floor or in the park with their kids.

With my Personal Trainer & Sport Conditioning qualifications as well as my personal experience, I am able to give sound fitness instruction and nutritional advice to all the people I motivate.

I am also co-owner of HardDrive Productions; a multi-media production company based in South Africa. It's not glamerous but it sure keeps me busy!

I am passionate about music in all forms although I gravitate towards the rock and alternative styles. Creative in thought and design; released through writing and playing music, nail art, photography and graphic design.

I am a positive thinker and I'm always looking on the bright side, sometimes to the complete frustration of the rest of my family. I'll try pretty much anything once and always enjoy a challenge.
