Mark Hesemann

An experienced real estate consultant and land use planner, Mark Hesemann’s previous projects include the Sagamore Club in Noblesville, Indiana, and Harbor Shores Resort in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Founding and developing Sagamore, a 350-home community situated around a 400-acre Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, required Mark Hesemann to bring together a construction and marketing team comprised of Troon Golf, The Melrose Company, Landscapes Unlimited, and University Golf Development. He also formed and led the team responsible for the development of the 500-acre Harbor Shores mixed-use community after devising a project plan that won the financing of the project’s investors. Upon Harbor Shores’ opening in 2009, it was named “Development of the Year for West Michigan” by the Urban Land Institute.

Building upon these successful projects, Mr. Hesemann formed Hesemann & Associates in 2011. As president of the consultancy, he directs a firm that offers a comprehensive range of real estate development services, including project visioning, financing, land planning and engineering, marketing, golf course consulting, and construction management.

Having built a broad network of international contacts in locations such as Singapore, India, Korea, and Germany during his service as an executive with Nicklaus Design and Golden Bear International, Mark Hesemann also provides market analysis, brand positioning, and business planning for enterprises interested in foreign real estate and overseas consumer products ventures.
