Dr. Mandeep Ghumman

Dr. Mandeep Ghumman is the Founder and President of HealthyPets, Inc., an online market that stocks pet supplies, toys, treats, medications, and other goods. Dr. Mandeep Ghumman established HealthyPets 13 years ago with the goal of providing high-quality merchandise at reasonable prices. In addition to selecting pet products that are approved by the United Sates Environmental Protection Agency and the Food and Drug Administration, Dr. Mandeep Ghumman also utilizes his extensive understanding of veterinary medicine to educate animal lovers about proper pet care. Customers of HealthyPets gain access to a wealth of information available through the Pet Resource Center. Here, Dr. Mandeep Ghumman and the expert staff of HealthyPets discuss issues such as pet behavior, general diseases, grooming methods, aging and arthritis, traveling, and a host of other topics. Dr. Mandeep Ghumman also donates time, energy, and funding to numerous animal rights and rescue organizations. Dr. Mandeep Ghumman and HealthyPets support groups such as North Shore Animal League America, the world’s leading no-kill shelter; the National Disaster Search Dog Foundation (SDF); and the Humane Society of the United States. Recently, Dr. Mandeep Ghumman made a generous contribution to SDF’s Endowment Fund, assisting the foundation in its mission to strengthen America’s disaster response network. Dr. Mandeep Ghumman attended the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology in 1992. Following the completion of his undergraduate studies, Dr. Mandeep Ghumman enrolled at the University of California, Davis, earning a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. A physical fitness enthusiast, Dr. Mandeep Ghumman particularly enjoys swimming and playing tennis. Also a voracious reader, Dr. Mandeep Ghumman admires authors such as John Steinbeck, George Orwell, Ray Bradbury, and Thomas Hardy. Dr. Mandeep Ghumman is currently overseeing HealthyPets’ retail, manufacturing, and distribution activities.
