Marble Arch Homes builds homes for sale and rent in several New Jersey townships. Founded by Marcel Gestetner, the family-owned Marble Arch Homes has been steadily growing for nearly 20 years.

Architects and engineers selected by the company approach each new project with care and produce aesthetically-pleasing and functional residences. Some features of the homes in the company’s communities are based on design ideas that were employed by Marcel Gestetner and his wife, Hindy, in the building of their own house. This lends a personal touch from the head of the company to the finished structures.

The company is currently selling houses in three New Jersey communities and is renting properties from a fourth community. As a growing business, it seeks out desirable land for new developments. Nearly all of the company’s homes are built in wooded areas with mature trees left intact. In addition, each home features a poured concrete basement and brand-name appliances and fixtures throughout.
