Marcy Depew followed her passion for leadership in business and life, graduating Magna cum Laude from Franklin University, Columbus, OH, with a degree in Organizational Leadership.

After successful careers at Abbott Nutrition, Franklin University and Eastern Airlines, her business experience and education allowed her to open Teal-Noir, LLC in 2000. Teal-Noir, LLC offers Consulting and Outplacement Services, contracts as a Hiring Agent for small- to mid-size organizations, and specializes in Career Development services for individuals across the U.S.

She assists professionals in both the business and non-profit sectors, advising them on Marketing Plans including Social Media Strategies, Business Plans, New Venture Start-Up, Succession and Scenario Planning, and Talent Attraction and Retention using Social Media to help ensure their continued survival and future success.

Training, coaching and leadership mentoring have become particular areas of expertise for Marcy. Her Career Development Clients include business professionals across all industries, educational levels, geographical areas, and with varying skill sets who are successfully accepting interviews and positions, even during these tough times. She contributed as a Career Coach at Franklin University and volunteered at the ABC 6 Job Bootcamps held quarterly in Columbus.

Marcy has been interviewed on the Columbus ABC 6 News affiliate WSYX – TV and the Fox 28 "Good Day Columbus" morning program as a subject matter expert. She has been a featured speaker for the Gahanna Rotary, Columbus American Marketing Association, Awesome Women in Business, Westerville Community United Church of Christ, Worthington A.M. Rotary, 40 PLUS of Central Ohio, Knox County Career Center, Canal Winchester Chamber of Commerce, Career Transition Institute, Career Transition Institute, and Nationwide Children's Hospital.

She is a contributing member of the LinkedIn Advisory Panel offering input because of her enthusiasm, support and use of LinkedIn as a valuable networking and job search resource.

In 2014 she was recruited by Mullin International as a Senior Career Consultant; Mullin was bought by LHH in 2017. She contributes at LHH as the US Mid-Atlantic Lead Consultant, Facilitator and SME Project Member.
