I'm an internal medicine and primary care doc living in San Francisco. I have a passion for plant-based nutrition, digital health and anything that will make the world a healthier, more compassionate place to live. My clinical focus is obesity and lifestyle medicine.

I currently practice Lifestyle Medicine at One Medical Group, am a fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and Head of Health for Better Therapeutics.
