Mark Hilgart
As a facility services contracting executive with national and local accounts, Mark Hilgart recognizes the importance of saving clients money and preserving the planet’s resources. Quest Management Solutions, where he acts as a Partner and National Accounts Manager, reviews facility management costs and finds ways to reduce them by providing more efficient, less expensive services and supplies.
From his office in the company’s headquarters in Sussex, Wisconsin, Mark Hilgart oversees Quest’s efforts to enhance recycling programs and to streamline waste-removal routes, thus reducing truck traffic. With Quest’s network of vendors across the country, Mark Hilgart negotiates for the best deals and buys in volume to further lower costs. Clients incur no out-of-pocket expenses, and the company can provide at least a 30-day notice when a current contract with another firm expires; clients can then choose Quest if they wish. Mark Hilgart and his staff assess everything from vendor selection and prices to frequency of service and units of measure as areas to improve.
Mark Hilgart has participated in sports since childhood, placing 3rd in a Wisconsin High School Wrestling State Tournament and earning conference honors as a collegiate wrestler at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Fitness, he joined the Biological Response Modifiers Program at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland, as Assistant Administrator. Subsequently, Mark Hilgart served in executive positions at Wisconsin home medical-equipment and home-care services companies for more than 20 years.
A dedicated community supporter, Mark Hilgart assisted the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee and serves as an American Sport Education Program coach, mentoring youth in select baseball, flag football, and girls’ select basketball. An avid downhill skier, he tackles the slopes in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Colorado. Mark Hilgart also takes pleasure in golfing, playing on courses throughout Wisconsin.
