Mark Tilbury

I assist organisations and the people in them, to understand and make use of the social business, collaboration and intranet environment. My work is not about deploying technology but ensuring organisations get effective use and value from these environments, aligned to their strategic goals, by working with people, their communities and their behaviours.

Having worked within the online and knowledge management environment for nearly 20 years, including 12 years with two of the top 5 global professional service firms, I have unique experiences in planning, implementing and developing a wide variety of internal and external-facing collaboration environments including corporate websites, intranets, communities, networks and social platforms, with associated governance, adoption and management planning.

I have a passion for exploring how technology is changing the way we learn,
share and lead in our working lives, and the impact on our relationships with
organisations.
