Matzi Ben-Maimon

As the president and lead designer of Matzi Builders and Developers, Inc., Matzi Ben-Maimon oversees the planning and construction of numerous townhome developments in the downtown Center City area of Philadelphia. In recent years, he has helped revitalize city blocks by spearheading developments such as Naudain Court, which involved building 18 luxury residences where a neglected warehouse previously stood. With the Delancey Parkview project, Matzi Ben-Maimon built 20 new townhomes in place of a multi-story concrete building. In Philadelphia’s Logan Square neighborhood, he is currently supervising construction of The Eight on Race, eight luxury townhomes that include features such as elevators, terraces, panoramic city views, and two-car garages.

On each of his townhome projects, Mr. Ben-Maimon works closely with clients to create unique residences that match their individual preferences. Built to high-quality standards utilizing sustainable design elements, his buildings have earned wide recognition within the Philadelphia community, and their tenants enjoy ownership of properties that have appreciated in value through the years.

Outside of his work in real estate development, Matzi Ben-Maimon enjoys working on and riding off-road motorcycles, following European soccer leagues, and playing frisbee with his pet boxer puppy. An avid skier, he takes trips to Aspen, Colorado, each year and has skied at many other destinations in the United States and Europe.
