Currently working in the real estate industry, Maxine Hepfer received a bachelor of science in hotel administration and minor in real estate from The Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. During her college career, she balanced school work with professional experience. She worked at International Capital, LLC; MCH Training; and the Business Service Center of the Statler Hotel. Through these positions, she became experienced in researching and writing investor and acquisition reports and compiling property investment summaries. Currently, Maxine Hepfer is a senior analyst within the Transaction Advisory Services’ Transaction Real Estate branch of Ernst and Young, LLP.

Outside of work, Maxine Hepfer enjoys running, doing yoga, and traveling. She is a fan of fine art and theater and has loved culture since she was young. She has been attending theater and symphony productions nearly her entire life and was exposed to black and white films at a young age, as well. She has traveled throughout Europe, visiting over 15 countries by the time she was 18. Every year, Maxine Hepfer would travel with her family to her mother’s hometown in Germany, where she would finish up her school year and spend time with extended family. An artistic individual, she enjoys soft-press charcoal sketching.
