Maxwell's education in marketing, business, and entrepreneurship allowed him to explore the industry in aspects of entertainment, social, and sales.
Past experience includes interning at QPrime doing artist management for bands ranging from the Red Hot Chili Peppers to Josh Groban.
Currently Maxwell is part time at Likeable Media as an Associate Community Manager where he has done community management for clients such as Verizon FiOS, Sports Club/LA, and Medtronic Diabetes.
