Michael Williams

Michael Williams looks for the possibilities in challenging situations, works to simplify solutions and aims to build the confidence needed to take action in order to achieve tangible results. As a serial entrepreneur, he founded Goodwin Investment Advisory and Williams and Jansen Investments, which lead him to invest in the launch of High Road Craft Ice Cream. With the realization that many of the highlights of his entrepreneurship endeavors involved working with other entrepreneurs to start these businesses, Williams started what he calls an “Unreasonable Business Accelerator” known to others as MOSAIC International. At MOSAIC, Michael is able to focus his energy on developing entrepreneurs’ ideas and coaching them as they take their ideas to the next level.

Michael cares deeply for others and considers it a privilege to take part in their personal growth and progress. He believes that being exposed to new ideas and learning new skills may unlock many doors and opportunities. He gets energy facilitating this learning and that is why he dedicates time teaching at Watson University. Williams has served as a part-time professor at Georgia State University and guest lecturers at Berry College and Clayton State University teaching Social Entrepreneurship, Non-profit Management, Advanced Entrepreneurship, and Professional Sales.

Michael has served on the Board of Directors of two international NGO’s and as a Director for numerous start-up companies in the Atlanta area. In 2010, Berry College awarded Michael the Most Outstanding Young Alumni Award and he was awarded the Hosea Williams Award for Community Activism.
