Michele Parrotta

Real estate attorney Michele Parrotta operates an independent practice in West Hartford, Connecticut, where she handles matters involving commercial, industrial, residential, and unimproved properties. Since establishing her firm in 1991, she has represented an array of financial institutions, along with commercial and residential sellers and buyers. Most recently, Michele Parrotta represented a limited liability corporation in connection with the sale of a condominium complex in West Hartford. Throughout her career, she has also closed transactions in New York, as well as throughout the entire Northeast region.

Furthermore, Michele Parrotta possesses extensive expertise with legal matters pertaining to property management and construction. Working on the behalf of developers, she has helped to secure construction financing and complex purchase agreements. Apart from her practice, Michele Parrotta functions as Special Counsel for Parrotta Construction and Management in the nearby town of Rocky Hill.

Outside of the office, Michele Parrotta remains involved in a number of industry organizations. A member of both the New York and Connecticut Bar Associations, she also serves as a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation and belongs to the Real Property Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. In past years, she served on the Board of Directors of CREW CT – The Real Estate Exchange, a membership society for commercial real estate professionals.

Michele Parrotta also makes time for community service. She is on the Board of Aurora Women and Girls Foundation, Inc., and participates in The Junior League of Hartford, Inc. For seven years, she was also on the Board of Directors of the local YWCA. Since 2005, she has functioned as a Hartford Justice of the Peace.
