Mike Lyons

I am a never-ending entrepreneur possessing unbounded energy and enthusiasm, an experienced leader in driving organizational excellence, with specific skills in managing and leading successful organizations through complex start-ups, turnarounds, and high-growth periods. I have served as an active duty officer in the United States Army. I am a combat veteran of Operation Desert Storm, where I was awarded a Bronze Star and three Southwest Asia campaign stars. I am a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in General Engineering, and from The Stern School of Business, New York University, with a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting. I am an established long time contributor to the CBS News Radio network and affiliates as an On-Air Military Analyst, providing analysis on national security and producing segments for broadcast on military tactics and strategy with regard to the current deployment of US forces worldwide and on issues regarding veterans and their transition back to civilian society.
