Milford Skane

Milford Skane began his education at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, where he studied engineering. In 1977, Milford Skane joined the United States Marine Corps in El Toro, California, serving in a variety of roles. These posts included Legal Chief, Avionics and Weapons Training Instructor, and Non-commissioned Officer in Charge. While with the Marine Corps, Milford Skane continued his education at the MCAS Millington Electronics School. Skane also earned secret and top secret levels of security clearance.

After the military, Milford Skane became an Aerospace Technician with AlliedSignal, now known as Honeywell International Inc., in Torrance, California. Skane also achieved a high level of security clearance with this company. In 1985, Milford Skane became an Engineering Technician with Rockwell International in Anaheim. While there, Skane’s main responsibilities included testing various electronics, such as guidance technology for missiles and nuclear sub platforms. In early 1987, Milford Skane founded Computer Services Personified, which he ran until 1995, when he accepted a position with MS Intergate, Inc. (AAI) in Anaheim Hills. Skane served as President of the company, overseeing production and development of various websites and programs. In 1999, MS Intergate applied for a patent for CyberCEATS software.

In 2006, Skane created the CEATS company in Tyler, Texas. Two years later, the company bought MS Intergate’s intellectual property in an asset purchase agreement. Today, the firm also operates in Las Vegas. Currently, Milford Skane continues to run day to day operations of CEATS and serves as Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of the company. In his spare time, Skane enjoys golf, football, and involvement with a local church. Milford Skane also volunteers as a wrestling coach at a local high school.
