Hi, I’m Milly, Founder and Dating Consultant for lesbian, bisexual, and bi-curious women at LEZ Factor, and creator of PARLEZ.

I have a thing for studying the way women interact when they're attracted to one another. For that reason, I dedicate my time to teaching women how to build attraction through improved social skills and techniques. I facilitate workshops at Skillshare, where I teach others how to socialize with confidence and sharpen their “gaydar” so that they always get the girl.

I have organized a network of 1,000+ women, and worked with notable brands such as Curve Magazine, NY Liberty and Babeland. I’ve been featured in Paper Mag, CherryGRRL, and ElixHER, and I’m currently on the verge of revolutionizing the dating scene via modern technology.

I have an educational and professional background in Entrepreneurship, Consulting, and Finance – but these days – I’m simply excited to help the women in my community solve their dating problems.
