After working in over 50 various bars, restaurants, cafes, hotels and outside catering events and working in hospitality businesses in Australia, Hong Kong and the UK, from experimenting with molecular mixology in gin bars, to managing restaurants in 5* hotels in Hong Kong, to managing 4* hotels in the UK and opening up 2 new cocktail bars from scratch in both the UK and Australia and now reaching the 30 year old mark Mister Benjamin thought it was time to pull together his vast skillset and use them as a resource to help ailing independent hospitality business owners or business owners looking to boost profitability.
Over the 15 years Mister Benjamin has worked in hospitality he has have gained a lot of knowledge and experience and has always found himself putting forward ideas almost as a natural affinity, he found he had the ability to analyse situations and systems concisely and if there were any areas of improvement that could be made he would usually spot it and help implement it and his past work proceeds him.
This went all the way from just being a part time bartender or waiter during college and university all the way upto designing and implementing an SOP for a 5 star hotel in Hong Kong.
Mister Benjamim wants to separate himself from the usual consultant ideology and not focus just on how much money he can make but actually get involved and charge accordingly based on the owners needs as he believes it is counter-productive to charge a small business owner thousands for his services when on some occasions the business in trouble could be losing a lot of money.
In previous cases Mister Benjamin would also help out operationally and get hands on if it meant reducing costs and the need of paying for a contractor and it also helps Mister Benjamin to get a better idea of how the business is being run.
