Monte Taylor-Densley is admitted to practice law in both the U.S. and Canada.

Mr. Taylor-Densley obtained his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. While in law school he attendend the Wharton School of Business, where he received a Certificate in Business and Public Policy.

Following law school, Mr. Taylor-Densley attended the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where he received his Certificate of Qualification (LLB equivalency). He also received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) where he received class honors and was a member of Delta Epsilon Iota National Honors Society.

Mr. Taylor-Densley previously worked with a boutique litigation firm where he focused on class actions and commercial litigation. He also has experience in cross border U.S. tax, corporate law and litigation matters for Canadians with U.S. interests.
