Hilary is a social media marketing consultant & instructor, blogger, local influencer, and mom to 3 girls (who are a constant inspiration). Since 2007, she has been known in the social media world as "Mrs. Mo" for her now-retired NJ blog, "Mrs. Mo's New Jersey." After realizing the demands of her blogging services, Hilary left her teaching career (specifically middle school math) to tackle 2 rewarding yet demanding roles at once: motherhood and entrepreneurship! In 2009, a year after the birth of her first daughter, Hilary launched her business. In 5 short years she has become the local "go-to-girl" for social media services, and has worked with schools, non-profits, small businesses in retail and professional/medical services, and other marketing agencies. She has returned to her teaching roots as a frequent instructor & speaker on various digital marketing topics at the Princeton Public Library and Princeton Adult School. Hilary has done all this while balancing her #1 job as mom to 3 little girls (it's a good thing the ballet school waiting room has Wi-Fi). As a self-professed pop-culture and fashion junkie, Hilary comibined her love of style with her daughters' innate fashion sense to relaunch her blogging career in children's fashion. She launched her girls fashion blog, A Fancy Girl Must, in 2012, and soon after became a contributor on Child Star Style for Hollywood Mom Blog.

Also in 2012, Hilary launched a Mercer, NJ area networking group for fellow entrepreneuers and small business owners. As a WAHM with only the occasional intern to help with client tasks, Hilary wanted to fill a void that was missing from her years as being part of a teaching staff. She missed the opportunities to brainstorm, collaborate and troubleshoot with colleagues. Simply called CoffeeTallk (#CoffeeTalkNJ), the group shares business experiences, tactics, advice and helpful tips relating to current trends in business and marketing. Learn more at coffeetalknj.com.
