Hilary is a New Jersey Digital Mom. She is a pr pro, event planner, social media marketing consultant, blogger and influencer. Since 2007, she's been known in the social media world as "Mrs. Mo" for her now-retired NJ blog "Mrs. Mo's New Jersey." A short time after realizing the demands of her blogging services, Hilary left her teaching career (specifically middle school math) to tackle 2 rewarding yet demanding roles at once: motherhood and entrepreneurship! In 2009, a year after the birth of her first daughter, Hilary launched her business. Since then, she has become a local influencer, a mother for a 2nd time, an instructor & speaker, an Instagram addict, and a blogger again with a new fashion site for little girls, A Fancy Girl Must. Hilary is also a contributor to Child Star Style for the Hollywod Mom Blog.

In early 2012, Hilary also launched a Mercer, NJ area networking group for fellow entrepreneuers and small business owners. As a WAHM with only the occasional intern to help with client tasks, Hilary wanted to fill a void that was missing from her years as being part of a teaching staff. She missed the opportunities to brainstorm, collaborate and troubleshoot with colleagues.
