Myron Sta. Ana, only 32 years old, has been in the people and organizational learning and development profession for a decade now. He is currently the Chief EnterTrainment Officer (CEO) of an entrepreneurial brand that he established after just six years of graduating from college in 2006 and working in the corporate world from 2006 to 2013, MSS Business Solutions (formerly Myron Sta. Ana Training and Consultancy Services), a top HR consultancy company in the Philippines.

He specializes in providing learning and development consultancy to organizations including but not limited to outsourced in-house corporate training, motivational/inspirational/resource speaking, team building, leadership/management mentoring, soft skills coaching, management consulting, speakers provision, outsourced administrative service, and others.

He takes pride in more than six years in the BPO industry. He first had his exposure in call center operations and customer service provision when he got affiliated with one of the country’s Top 5 most prestigious call center companies and a world-wide leader in customer service management serving Fortune 500 companies across different lines of business. After almost a couple of years with this premier call center company, he then moved on with his career and worked as an Associate Trainer for a Top 10 HR consultancy, recruiting, and training firm that is based in Makati. It was in this firm where he first got his training experience and exposure in Human Resources and Learning and Development as the organization offers Near-Hire, Core Skills, Communication Enhancement, Soft Skills, Trainer, and Leadership Development training programs. Then, after a short stint with this group, he was absorbed by one of its leading clients, a rich Indian family owned-NASSCOM (a non-profit trade association of IT and BPO services providers in India) Top 15 BPO company and Top 20 IT-BPO employer that has a handful of sites in Metro Manila and a couple more extension delivery centers in the provinces. It was actually in this company that he had moved up the corporate ladder to become a Training Generalist and had been immersed extensively in Human Resources including HR Operations, Employee Relations, Recruitment, and OD.

Now, he is already one of the top Filipino corporate trainers, training consultants, and resource speakers in the Philippines despite his business only being barely five (5)
