NATIONAL GEOSPATIAL-INTELLIGENCE AGENCY

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency is the nation’s primary source for geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) for the Department of Defense (DOD) and the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC). As a DOD combat support agency and a member of the IC, NGA provides GEOINT, in support of U.S. national security and defense, as well as disaster relief.

NGA supports the President’s national security priorities and receives guidance and oversight from the Department of Defense, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and Congress.
