Hi y'all (yes, I am a Southerner at heart).

I'm just a Mom, Wife, and PharmD Candidate who loves the essence of me.

I returned to blogging after looking around and not seeing anyone like, well, me...a middle-aged (yes, I am approaching 40), non-traditional graduate student with a different perspective on life.

Natural Hair was my first and initial "love" in blogging. I have since expanded to writing about diet and exercise, getting fit at just about any age (especially those turning 40, he, he), and autism awareness.
