With over 14 years’ experience in the private and public sector, Atlanta-based IT professional Nilay Patel has developed an expertise in information technology investment management, project management, and SDLC management of implementing and managing systems that include but are not limited to Medicaid, Workers' Compensation, and Child Support Enforcement. As vice president of information technology at Xerox in Atlanta, Georgia, Nilay Patel provides healthcare solutions for government entities. Mr. Patel holds responsibility for technology systems related to the company’s Medicaid government business unit and a portfolio of solutions that covers important Medicaid programs.

Prior to his work with Xerox, Mr. Patel was senior principal at Computer Sciences Corporation. During his five years with the company, as the Implementation Director for claims processing efforts, he managed Medicaid Management Information Systems and Workers' Compensation Systems.

Prior to his career in information technology, Mr. Patel earned a BS and BBA in microbiology and management information systems from the University of Georgia.
