I design systems that scale impact.
Program manager who turns enterprise initiatives into measurable outcomes—using cross-functional leadership, partnership design, and AI-enabled workflows to drive transformation at the intersection of technology, learning, and organizational change.
At Discovery Education, I manage enterprise-scale partnerships and programs that reach 1M+ participants globally. I also serve on our AI adoption team—using Microsoft Copilot and other tools to improve workflows, streamline collaboration, and unlock organizational capacity.
Before Discovery, I built strategic technology initiatives at CDW and Otus—partnering with organizations like Microsoft and Google to design scalable solutions for K-12 districts. I've supported hundreds of account managers in exceeding targets, represented companies at national conferences, and helped organizations translate technology adoption into real outcomes.
My career thread: building scalable solutions at the intersection of technology, learning, and organizational change—whether in edtech, SaaS, or social impact.
What I bring:
- Program management for enterprise-scale initiatives with cross-functional teams
- AI adoption and workflow automation (Microsoft Copilot, productivity tools)
- Strategic partnership design and stakeholder alignment
- Scalable learning models, change management, and digital transformation
- Data-driven decision-making and impact storytelling
Outside of work, I coach high school football at Oswego East and serve on the board of ProLiteracy—both extensions of my belief that systems should empower people to grow.
Currently focused on: AI-enabled productivity, enterprise learning solutions, and the future of work.
