Architect and Senior Urbanist with over 22 years of experience in architecture and 19 years in urban and territorial planning. She has built a solid international career as an expert advisor to cities, governments, and development projects, with advanced postgraduate training in urban studies, territorial and local development, as well as the rehabilitation of architectural and urban centers. Researcher and writer on urbanism, urban and territorial policy, and land-related development.

Throughout her career, she has worked across the public and private sectors, including national governments, international and multilateral organizations, private companies, and civil society. Over the past decade, she has contributed to complex urban initiatives with institutions such as the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, UNDP, European Union / EEAS, Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, and KRIHS, among others. Her professional focus includes urban planning and design, integrated urban development, housing and land management, urban resilience, real estate and housing market analysis, urban densification, resettlement strategies, and capacity building.

She has held multiple senior advisory, coordination, and leadership roles within national government institutions, contributing to strategic programs and public urban policy design and implementation. She has also served as jury member in national and international urban design and housing competitions, and actively contributed to international workshops, learning programs, and professional forums, in addition to the multilateral organizations mentioned above, including initiatives led by Gehl Architects and the HABITAT III / UN-Habitat process, where she participated as a national government delegate. She thrives in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments, with professional experience living and working in different countries, strong language skills, and high geographical mobility, supporting international cooperation and the exchange of good practices. Since October 2025, she has been selected as a mentor for the International Mentoring Program for Urban Planners, an initiative of CITIES FORUM connecting experienced professionals and emerging practitioners worldwide.
