Peter Boschini

Certified public accountant and small business owner Peter Boschini began his career as an officer in the United States Army. After earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Gannon University and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, he brought his leadership skills and financial acumen to the private sector. Prior to founding his current firm, the specialized accountancy Boschini, Miller & Associates, he worked as a tax supervisor for international accounting company Touche Ross & Co. Peter Boschini has also served as vice president of finance for Super Valu Stores, Inc., of Pennsylvania. In this role, he oversaw the financial operations of a $500 million wholesale food business.

In his work with Boschini, Miller & Associates, Peter Boschini provides retail accounting, tax management, and financial planning solutions to independent grocery retailers nationwide. Since founding the firm in 1983, he and his team have helped clients buy or sell more than 150 stores and obtain lender financing for growth opportunities. He and his colleagues regularly prepare and present store projections and market studies for clients, and possess significant experience negotiating lease agreements with building owners and supply contracts with wholesale providers.
