And so the story goes a minority girl from a small town in the state of California moves to the big city in pursuit of her dreams...
I have always love film, television, advertising, anything media. The stories behind it and the emotional life that comes alive. I co-created One Route Media with my life partner and together produce content that speaks to the heart of the audience. The humanity and importance of wellness in life across the board in all stories.
My spiritual path has led me right into the places that I was meant to be. Walking through the walls of Laughing Lotus Yoga Center, I learned about Yoga and believed in myself enough to take their 300 YRT in the study of vinyasa yoga. I applied for the first Urban Zen Integrative Therapy training but did not get accepted. It clearly was not my time. I continued to work at this thing called yoga at the same time growing One Route. After completing the Prenatal Yoga Center prenatal yoga certification I got news I was accepted into the 500 YRT Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program, founded by Donna Karan, along side Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee. My studies continue with Rodney and Colleen, having completed their 200hr training and a 100hr advanced training this year. I balance life between media and wellness by integrating my businesses to create strong content and teach from what I have learned from my self-care practice in life. Integrating modalities such as yoga, restorative yoga, Reiki, essential oil therapy, contemplative care, and nutrition helps me to design the right class to meet the needs of all students with any ailments. I teach the principles of self-care, meditation and Vinyasa yoga as a way to feel grounded about life's future.
