Hello,
My name is Puspendra Yadav, I am a regular cyclist which requires consistency & a 10KM marathon runner which requires a great pace to complete the 10KM under 1 hour, also I do play Table Tennis which requires a sharp mind since hand & eye coordination with speed makes you a lethal force not to mention I have won several awards & championships in ping-pong, during weekends I do play cricket It’s an 11 player game you can't win a cricket game by an individual performance it’s a complete team effort makes you & your team successful so this is all about my strengths & capabilities now let me share my professional work experience I have 12+ years of work experience in the service engineering/customer engineering domain wherein I am currently serving Vonage UK as Senior Video Engineer for API's previously worked as SRE for RingCentral, Global Service Delivery Manager at Verimatrix & Technical Lead/Senior Technical Account Manager & Product consultant at Adobe systems India. I have been primarily providing technical support, and on-site support, bug testing & helping the customers like Disney+, NBC Sports, Sky Sports NZ, Turner, Comcast during their day-to-day technical issues and implementation. I have also led a small team of five people, focuses majorly on supporting & enabling strategic customers during my tenure at Adobe & Verimatrix.
My abilities and experience are far-ranging. I have all the necessary skills to see a given project from the first idea through conceptual development and enablement to the final product.
