Randy Fink

Banking professional Randy Fink currently resides in Houston, Texas. Beginning his career as a Bank Examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in Seattle, Washington, and Lubbock, Texas, Mr. Fink conducted bank auditing and loan reviews. In 1993, he joined the offices of Wells Fargo in Lubbock, Texas, and functioned as the Vice President of Commercial Lending, eventually moving to the Austin, then Houston offices. For nine years, he oversaw the growth of a loan and deposit portfolio, managing and increasing the loan portfolio to be worth over $20 million. Additionally, Randy Fink oversaw a team of three relationship managers. Recognized for his work and effort, he received the 1998 and 2001 Wells Fargo Best Sales and Service award. From 2002 to 2010, Randy Fink operated as the Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager of First Bank. He oversaw the Commercial Lending Team in Houston and was responsible for the loan portfolio. During his time at First Bank, Mr. Fink increased the loan portfolio from $45 million to $185 million. Most recently, Mr. Fink served as the Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager of Southwest Securities, FSB. Undertaking the responsibility of establishing the Houston offices, he also oversaw a team of relationship managers and was responsible for bringing in new clients while maintaining relationships with former ones. Randy Fink earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rawls College of Business at Texas Technology University. He graduated magna cum laude and participated in the Beta Gamma Sigma fraternity. Pursuing further academic and professional endeavors, Mr. Fink attended St. Edward’s University where he gained his Master of Business Administration and focused on finance.
