Yes I work at amazon, no I do not know customer service people so I can't help you there. I do write a blog and dream about inspiring good works. At the moment I am just getting started on getting it off the ground. In November I attempted the NaNoWriMo but, I did not finish. So there is this year and i am hopeful about it.
