Rebecca Fleming

"Outgoing" and a people person I feel comfortable in groups and like working in them yet I am also reflective and and feel comfortable being alone and working on my own with minimal supervision. I'm an idea person and sometimes forget to check with the outside world to see if my ideas really fit realistically. I enjoy bringing energy and motivation to the larger group and hopefully inspiring others to take initiative and bring their very best to projects, tasks, and company goals.
I'm receptive to constructive criticism, willing and able to be flexible when needed, love being successful, and achieving success in leadership and business. I believe in bringing my very best self to family, friends, and fellow coworkers. I enjoy exercise training, hiking, stimulating conversation, feeling awkward, and trying new drinks at bars and restaurants then attempting to make them myself so long as the end result is the same.
