Resham Sapru

Resham has a defined interest in HR SaaS implementations and broader cloud computing strategies. She also enjoys working in M&A environments - from the outset to post-merger integration efforts. In her spare time, Resham also follows up with the latest social networking and social media trends as she is a big believer of integrating social aspects to business platforms and applications.

She has also been recognized as an important contributor for 'The Next Web' - a content curation service that publishes and reproduces articles and clippings of significant topics in the cloud computing universe. Furthermore, she is actively involved in blogging her thoughts and ideas on the latest and greatest HR Software & SaaS technologies and trends on her flagship blog (http://www.hrsoftwareventures.com)

Resham has worked with Deloitte Consulting as part of their HR Service Delivery team for 18 months in their Chicago and Dubai offices respectively. During her time at Deloitte, she has gained extensive project experience primarily in the Technology & Telecom industry space through various roles including but not limited to project management, M&A due diligence professional, business and consumer-end use case expert and developer of change management training and tools.

Resham is a self-motivated and driven individual who has participated in various internal initiatives for Deloitte including as a PMO team member for the Enterprise Green Sustainability efforts as well as heading the annual Deloitte case competition for her alma mater university in 2010. Furthermore, Resham has worked in the Finance industry prior to her time at Deloitte such as Citigroup Investment Banking and Citigroup Private Markets Banking.

She graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Honors.
