Richard Kropski

One of greater Chicago's leading business professionals, Richard Kropski has dedicated his career to excellence in supply side operations and logistics. Kropski currently serves as principal of Inde Consultants, a position he has held since 2010. In this role, he oversees a team of staff who work to improve the operation and distribution capacities of the nation's premier manufacturing companies. In addition to his other responsibilities at the helm of this pioneering supply chain consultancy firm, Richard Kropski evaluates the capacity, resource allocation, and processes of various manufacturers, transforming these businesses through innovation and expertise.

Prior to assuming his current position, he served as General Manager and President of WIT Logistics and directed logistics for Arandell Corporation. Earlier in his career, Richard Kropski spent close to a decade as Vice President of Distribution and Mail Services for Alden Press, a leading printing company based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Following the company's buyout, Kropski worked for World Color Press, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Logistics and Distribution. In this early position, he improved revenues from $300,000 to more than $2 million, achieving a 40% net profit.

Committed to professional service, Richard Kropski belongs to member-based organizations including the Postmaster General's Mailers' Technical Advisory Committee, the IDEAlliance Association, and the Postal Commerce Association, in addition to serving on the Logistics Council of Delta Nu Alpha. During the late 1990s, Kropski served as Director of Customer Service and Business Strategy for RR Donnelley, a Chicago-based firm. More recently, he worked as Vice President of Logistics and Distribution for Perry Judd's, Inc., a company he transformed through the development and implementation of a strategic plan that improved productivity, lowered expenses, and boosted revenue.
