A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Rick Hogan is a managing partner and immigration attorney at the Wilmington, Delaware, office of Hogan & Vandenberg. Possessing more than a decade of experience, he focuses his practice on investor, business, and family immigration, handling such matters as complex visa issues and deportation. He manages a team of attorneys, office professionals, and paralegals at the firm, and regularly addresses immigrant organizations and community groups on the subject of immigrating to the United States.
