I am a physical fitness trainer. I have only a few personal clients. I do an intense calesthenics/aerobics/yoga routine that strengthens the mind, body, builds muscle tone, and inner strength. One of my great passions in life is looking and feeling great.

In 1995 I was arrested for second degree murder, a crime I did not commit. I served 15-years in prison out of a sentence of 25-years-to-life. I was released after my successful 440.10 post conviction motion on appeal. I taught myself the law. I perfected a 33-page brief, researched, shepardized, converted, and sited on-point cases on a State and Federal level. I was declared dead by the State of New York, forgotten by the world. Then I was resurrected, re-born. The things I've experienced in my life shaped me, made me a better human being, and helped me to appreciate life, hence "FROM ANIMAL TO MAN".
