Robert Wheeler Deutsche Bank

A former managing director in natural resources of Deutsche Bank in Houston, Texas, Robert Wheeler has worked in the securities industry for more than two decades. In that position, he handled everything from mergers and acquisitions of integrated oil companies to corporate finance coverage. He has participated in various significant transactions and has helped with several initial public offerings, including IPOs for Alon and PBF Logistics. Throughout his career, Robert Wheeler has held various positions, including associate in European mergers and acquisitions and analyst in natural resources mergers and acquisitions. He studied finance at Fordham University.

Outside of work, Robert Wheeler enjoys staying active. He is an avid jogger and runner, and he regularly runs around Memorial Park in Houston with his black Labrador retriever. He enjoys sailing and waterskiing and is a fan of traveling. He visited London with his wife and daughter, and he traveled to Paris, Monaco, and Cannes with his wife. Although he does not cook himself, he enjoys indulging in his wife’s cooking.
