Roderick Garcia DMD

Roderick Garcia, DMD, has operated a general dentistry practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for over three decades. Though he focuses his practice on reconstructive, cosmetic, and family dentistry, he provides a comprehensive range of dental services, including orthodontics, endodontics, and periodontal surgery. To extend his professional knowledge across a range of disciplines, Roderick Garcia, DMD, undertakes 60-100 hours of continuing dental education each year through such organizations as the Dawson Academy,Spear Institute and others.

In preparation for a career in dentistry, Dr. Roderick Garcia attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine on a National Health Service Corps scholarship and graduated 18th in a class of 163 students. Following dental school, he worked for four years at a Public Health Service dental clinic in Los Padillas, New Mexico, where he performed general dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery for children.

Along with treating patients at his office, Dr. Garcia has volunteered treating the homeless who are sheltered at Joy Junction shelter. Providing dental services for those members of his local community experiencing homelessness.
