I strive to understand the mindset of the end user of products and services, and the related psychology of improving their user experience, often with a view to overcoming problems associated with a visual representation of complex information, but always with the aim of applying the higher level business roles and goals with a user centred perspective.

I firmly believe that if you know your business, you should get to Know Your Business. I love a challenge; revel in new experiences and enjoy customer facing roles, but above all I love to create bespoke, engaging and appropriate customer experiences that users don't have to think about using.
