Rozelyn Parker

Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Rozelyn has always had a sense of duty to stay genuine to herself, lead by love, and be unprovoked by fear with all life endeavors. With over 20 years of leadership, she continues to grow in her professional field of project management. In 2003, her first sizeable independent project was to design and operate a system that kept the accountability of soldiers deployed to Camp Arifjan and Camp Doha during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. This project earned her an Army Commendation Medal for her focus and dedication throughout the project to completion.

After honorably serving eight years in the United States Army, she worked in law enforcement before becoming a school counselor for six years. However, she desired to work independently in project management and business coaching. In 2020, she founded R. Parker Consulting Firm, LLC that is committed to empowering others while helping them reach their personal goals. She is an influencer, business coach, and project manager. Rozelyn has a project management certification, a Scrum Master, and a Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt. She is a visionary whose talents are to see the big picture and help others reach project goals, eliminate waste, and bring positive change to any organization.
